Meet Madelyn Alexander! I was born and raised in Lubbock ,Texas, and married my wonderful husband, Brady, in 2023. I have a deep passion for health and fitness and love helping others feel their best inside and out. My faith is a big part of who I am, and I’m actively involved in my church community. with a background of health and wellness, I combine expert technique with a personalized approach to deliver real, visible results. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing swelling or bloating, or simply looking to feel your best, I’m here to support your wellness journey.
